I was a skinny kid, full of energy and hated team sports! I started in athletics and discovered more complex movement as a teenager in the form of Parkour & Freerunning. I was HUGELY motivated by the docu-drama Pumping Iron and immersed myself into the bodybuilding scene. From my late teens to early twenties I stopped caring about how I looked and began training for skills. This began my exploration into Olympic weightlifting and Gymnastics - all while studying for my Bachelors in Medical Science! Since graduating and into my mid to late twenties, I continued to improve on what I knew but also recruited a lot more mobility training to further improve my overall capabilities. It was one of the best training-based decisions I ever made.

Today, I am a qualified Gymnastics and Strength & Conditioning coach (teaching at Dalecki Strength), previous State Champion in Olympic weightlifting and Guinness World Record holder for the highest standing back flip. My current goals for 2024 are to achieve Full Planche, Front Lever, run 100m under 11.75 seconds and return to martial arts!

The overriding value across my content is to place a high value on our bodies and their development by enjoying the process of learning new skills that increase your body’s worth and enhance your experiences.
