Tyson’s an excellent coach. He has great attention to detail, sees things I don’t catch, and knows how to break down complex movements into easy-to-follow steps. He’s also a master of designing a program for specific needs. Since taking on his guidance I’ve seen massive strength and skill improvements. If I could give three words to describe Tyson’s style it would be deliberate, quality-focused and highly adaptable. Thank you!

I loved working with Tyson! This dude has such a great energy and he’s taught me so much about strict technique! Quality over quantity was something I thought was very clear to me, but when it comes to calisthenics, I now know how much emphasis I need to put on maintaining the correct technique. He was super responsive whenever I had questions about my workout. I recommend to anyone wanting to make breakthroughs in their training.

I started calisthenics 16 months ago with a goal of moving better and becoming stronger. It’s only in the last 4 months with training under Tyson, that I’ve started to see serious results. He’s not afraid to push you to produce your best and combines innovation with consistency when teaching concepts and providing feedback on form.

I rolled with my usual Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) training partner and I have noticed a lot of improvement in my skills. I am attributing part of my improvement to Tyson’s training as I have not changed my BJJ training lately. I believe I have better body awareness and am more explosive. This is extremely encouraging!

For pretty much my entire life I was quite weak and inflexible. I didn’t know where to start and was messaging Tyson for a little while, and he told me about his coaching; I have made so many strength and flexibility gains in these past several months. My favorite push exercise is now the dip and could not even imagine doing that before I started. I think my shoulders were not even flexible enough at the start. Something else I have noticed is that I have put on some muscle; I have quite visible triceps now. My pull strength went from 1 half rep chin up to getting 4 sets of 3. Tyson has been so helpful. He always answers my questions and he genuinely cares about helping me achieve my goals. He even color coded my program after I told him I like to categorize each of the exercises. I definitely recommend Tyson as a coach.

After contemplating online training, I decided to give Tyson a try. I had been borrowing programs from different people but not seeing progress. I started to get frustrated with my training. In 3 months, I have made more progress than I have in a year! My gains are because of Tyson’s feedback, customized programming, and willingness to answer any of my questions. I rarely write reviews but honestly had to because I cannot recommend Tyson enough! I regret not starting with him sooner! He will partner with you to hit your goals!

I’ve been working with Tyson for almost three months now and the achievements I made in the year and a half of training before don’t even compare to the ones I’ve made with Tyson. I can now hit a handstand and hold it for 15 seconds (and not just in a pencil, in a tuck, straddle, scorpion, and splits too)! Throughout my time working with Tyson, I have gained 3lbs of muscle, lost 2% body fat, learned so much about body awareness, and got closer to my goals. I struggled with getting past a plateau, which was wildly frustrating, but Tyson helped me push past it. If you have struggled with progress, I suggest you train with Tyson. It’s worth it!

It’s crazy. I currently feel like a handstand and front lever are achievable goals for me, and I never would have said that a couple of months ago.
I gotta thank Tyson for renewing my love of calisthenics. I’m definitely at the point where these skills are gonna take longer periods of time and more dedication to develop than the ones when i first began with the rings, but it feels like there’s definitely progress being made.
