When I first met Max, he learnt a standing back tuck in less than an hour that had some of the most ridiculous height I had ever seen!
I had such a fun time talking with Max about his deep history in sports starting from a young age that eventuated in burn out , rebellion and then coming full circle and finding his love for physical activity and health again.
Read MoreTom Merrick a.k.a The Bodyweight Warrior is an avid practitioner of gymnastics strength, handstands and mobility training and uses his experience to help others (particularly adults) explore these movements and make them more accessible.
It was a pleasure chatting with Tom about one arm handstands, stalder press, golf and the incredible audience he has built through YouTube. Enjoy!

Read MoreWe’re kicking off the second wave of podcasts with Hadyn Wiseman. I’ve known of Hadyn since the late 2000’s and known him personally since 2016 when I was living in the UK.
Hadyn is extremely powerful, athletic and has a mindset that gives him almost unlimited potential. Since following his training, I’ve seen him execute insane tricking combo’s, squatted 250kg/551lbs, had an MMA fight and ALMOST land a standing double backflip!
We talked about a lot but my two favourite topics from this one was the knee sleeve story and our discussion (as two 30 year olds) on our athletic prime/decline. Enjoy!
Philip (@the_mindful_mover) has a wealth of knowledge in the bodyweight, weightlifting and mobility scene as well as being a lifelong (almost!) practitioner of martial arts. Philip runs an online coaching business with his wife Martina.

I first met Antranik back in 2015 whilst filming for STRONGER! Bodyweight Workout Series 2 on Muscle Beach in LA. I love his approach to bodyweight training and how accessible he makes calisthenics/gymnastics to the general public who may otherwise be too intimidated to give the rings a go.
