REBUILD uses bodyweight strength training drawing from basic bodyweight exercises scaled to a set and rep range that promotes strength and muscle mass.
A significant difference in your physique is only three months away if you’re prepared to dedicate yourself.
Is it time to REBUILD?
REBUILD includes two programs:
1. The RECOMMENDED PROGRAM is based on my own twelve weeks of training. You can follow this program exactly as it is or you can scale the exercises to suit your ability.
The recommended program is for those returning from inactivity but previously had beginner/intermediate bodyweight training experience.
2. The CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM includes the REBUILD fundamentals (push, pull and straight-arm strength) as a guide and allows you to build a program completely tailored to your level.
The customized program is for those relatively new to bodyweight training and are looking for somewhere to start. The program is intended to be printed and for the user to write their chosen exercises in the space provided.
