I’ve combined my knowledge as an accredited Gymnastics Coach, competitive Olympic lifter, Guinness World Record holder for Highest Standing Backflip and my 14+ years tumbling to create a unique and effective training program with the central aim of improving the Vertical Jump.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? The program is THREE workouts per week. Other training will not conflict with this program so long as it does not tax the lower body or fatigue the CNS.
This program was specifically designed to improve the Vertical Jump and not to keep the practitioner entertained with flashy drills or conditioning circuits. The workouts are straightforward and no nonsense; as such they may begin to feel repetitive. If you want results, stay focused, committed and consistent.
HEADS UP: If you do not have a basic understanding of the Olympic lifts, dedicating 6 months to learning the lifts may yield better results over the long term compared to jumping straight into my program with no experience. Olympic lifting introduces your body to and develops the neuromuscular pathways that produce a solid vertical jump whereas my program relies upon and takes advantage of that development prior to commencing the program.
