I first met Antranik back in 2015 whilst filming for STRONGER! Bodyweight Workout Series 2 on Muscle Beach in LA. I love his approach to bodyweight training and how accessible he makes calisthenics/gymnastics to the general public who may otherwise be too intimidated to give the rings a go.
